Ascot Resources is a Canadian-based junior mineral exploration and development company listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSX-V) under the symbol AOT.

The company has three major projects: The Premier/Dilworth option–a gold, silver and base metals property, located near the town of Stewart in northwestern British Columbia; the Mt. Margaret property–a copper and gold deposit held in the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary Ascot USA Inc. and located in Washington state, USA; and Swamp Point–a sand and gravel deposit on the Portland Canal in northwestern British Columbia.

Premier and Dilworth are adjoining properties, located approximately 50 kilometers north of the town of Stewart just south to Pretium Resources in the Golden Triangle of northwestern British Columbia.  Together they cover an area of more than 100 square kilometers.

The Dilworth property is located 25 kilometres north of the town of Stewart in north western British Columbia. The Company can earn a 100% interest in the property, subject to a 2% net smelter royalty, by making staged option payments over five years totalling $10.5 million.

The Mt. Margaret deposit is located 23 kilometers southwest of Randle, Washington in Skamania county. This undeveloped resource is one of the largest copper, molybdenum, gold, silver, calcium-alkaline porphyries in Washington state.

The Swamp Point aggregate property is a sand and gravel deposit owned 100 percent by Ascot and located on the east side of the Portland Canal, a large fjord that separates northwestern British Columbia from the southern Alaska Panhandle.

A refreshed outlook.

A positive future ahead.
